Ontario Power Generation

Sunrise Indigenous Communications is documenting the historic consultations between Ontario Power Generation and the Williams Treaties First Nations — including Curve Lake First Nation — regarding the proposed New Nuclear at Wesleyville project near Port Hope. The proposed facility could host up to 10,000 MW of generation capacity, enough to power 10 million homes, and would represent one of the largest nuclear developments in the world.
